What a great place to spend your family vacation! Beautiful western view from the pool area. You can see sunsets and get lots of afternoon sun. 3 Bedrooms on the main floor with a King in the master. Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds in the other guest rooms. Walk upstairs from the dining room into a bonus room over the garage. Full size bed with a small seating area to watch TV. A bathroom is on this floor with a shower and separate tub. Walk up another flight of stairs to a ladder that takes you up a 3rd floor room with an outstanding view! A bunkbed with bottom a full size and top a twin bed is in this room. Bicycles, Fishing Poles, and Kayaks are in the garage for guest use. New Kayak dock coming soon! Boat lift not available

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Jacuzzi; the Pool and Jacuzzi are not heated at the same time. If you use Jacuzzi the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool.

A Residents Beach pass for $140 can be issued for a rental period of 30 to 59 days, based upon the lease agreement. This pass will give you access to the properties at 130 South Collier Boulevard and MICA's Sarazen Park at 930 Swallow Avenue.
