Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom waterfront home with southwestern exposure. The Pool area has outdoor kitchen/bar with BBQ to enjoy while having a fun day in the sun. Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun and to have your meals inside the screened pool area. The house has an open floor plan with the beautiful kitchen separating the Family Room with a large TV and the living room. House also has a separate dining room. Master Bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom has a beautiful walkin shower and bathtub. Next to the Master bedroom is a guest room with two twin beds. The other side of the house has two more guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a bathroom with shower in between the two rooms.

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Jacuzzi; the Pool and Jacuzzi are not heated at the same time. If you use Jacuzzi the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool.

A Residents Beach pass for $140 can be issued for a rental period of 30 to 59 days, based upon the lease agreement. This pass will give you access to the properties at 130 South Collier Boulevard and MICA's Sarazen Park at 930 Swallow Avenue.
